Mina Buchanan Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mina Buchanan of Saint Francisville, Illinois, who passed away on October 21, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Holstyn and Johanna Van Holstyn (Roossinck); her husband Clement I. Buchanan; her daughters, Rebecca Buchanan and Rose Jacobsen; and her siblings, Walter Van Holstyn, Hilga Buchanan, Mary Sneathen and Christine Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Buchanan (Barbara) of St. Francisville, Joan Pascoe (Paul) of Perth, Arthur Buchanan (Elsa) of St. Francisville, Illinois and Eileen Adkins (Neil) of Tehachapi, California; her sister Lois Klassen (Ralph) of Aberdeen, Idaho; and her son-in-law Douglas Jacobsen of Indio, California. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and 38 great-grandchildren.
