He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Siwula and Frances Siwula; and his brother Edward. He is survived by: his pet Lola; his wife Jacqueline; his son Ed Siwula; and his siblings, Deborah Raczka (Mike) and James Siwula (Diana). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews; loving (step) father and grandfather.
