Quirk; her parents, Helen Sarnowski (Przybyla) and Stephen Sarnowski; her siblings, Emily Castelletti (late Tony), Steve Sarnowski (late Shirley) and Adeline Sarnowski; her sister-in-law Mary Helen Quirk; her daughter Patricia Banta (late Wayne); and her granddaughter Lisa.
She is survived by: her brother Michael Sarnowski (late Jolene); her children, Paul (Karen), James (Sandra), Robert Quirk (Tammy) and Judith Chitwood (John); and her grandchildren, Mark, Laura Quirk, Sinead, Ciara Quirk, Michael Quirk, Holly Golonka (Arek), Jamie Quirk, Katharine Sarko (Joseph), Jeffrey Chitwood and Fond.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or Sisters of Notre Dame.
