He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Lee Phelps; his sons, Wesley Lander, Mitchell Clinton and Russell Lee Phelps; his siblings, Karen Flaherty (Daniel) and Wayne Phelps (Catherine); his mother-in-law Virginia Arno; and his nieces and nephews, Claire, Joseph Flaherty, Mary, Kelly Phelps, Calvin Austiff, Rachel Collico (Tyler), Quinn and Rebeka Wermeling.
