With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Lou Crabbe of Saint Anne, Illinois, born in Sully, Iowa, who passed away on June 22, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Meppelink and Bertha Meppelink (Lanser); her husband Ernest Crabbe; and her siblings, Ruth Meppelink and Larry Meppelink.
She is survived by: her children, Patti Veld (Marvin) of Lake Village, Michael Slager of Lafayette and Cindi Hoekstra (Richard) of Highland; and her sister Linda Joy VanSchouwen of Lowell.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Anne Baptist Church.
