With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Holmes of Saint Anne, Illinois, born in Kankakee, Illinois, who passed away on May 16, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Emory Netzel and Lillian Netzel (Rice); and her daughter Lisa Varboncoeur. She is survived by: her husband Glenn Holmes of St. Anne; her son Thomas Holmes; her children-in-law, Jessica Brown and Jon Varboncoeur; her grandchildren, Tyler, Samantha Holmes, Steven Donofrio, Nevaeh and Dajuan Brown; her siblings, Marilynn Netzel and Donald Netzel; and her nieces and nephews, Natalie Stacker, Denise Schaenzer, Rich Allers (Cathy) and Quinn Netzel.
