He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Shannon and Margaret Shannon (Herron); his wife Mary Landroche; his daughter Cindy; his son-in-law Joe Cote; his son Brad Shannon; his brother Jack Shannon; his son-in-law Albert Franklin; and his grandson Jeff Carroll.
He is survived by: his children, Judy Mulder (Dale), Linda Tharp (Jim), Vicki Franklin and Scott Shannon; and his sister Margaret McDowell (Jerry). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorials may be made to St. Anne Catholic Church, St. Anne or River Valley.
