She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Ware and Helen A. Turnbaugh Ware; and her son David Barthel. She is survived by: her husband Lyle M. Barthel; her daughter Kathy; her son-in-law William Evans of Elk City; her son Kevin; her daughter-in-law Pamela Barthel of Globe, AZ.; her sisters, Betty Shoup of Rockford, IL and Lois A. Kloepping of Mt. Carroll, IL.; and her son Lyle.

Due to Covid 19 precautions, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
