He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Clouatre and Marie Clouatre (Thomas). He is survived by: his wife Donna Tate; his sons, Kevin Dale (Tyann Clouatre) and Marvin Lee (Marlene Clouatre); his grandchildren, Erica Clouatre, Adam Clouatre and Marlee Clouatre; his great grandchild Charlee Rose Ebbeler; and also Grant Ebbeler. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
Memorials are suggested to the Roxana Church of the Nazarene or to the Alzheimer's Association and will be accepted at the funeral home.
