He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Frank, Angeline Kerzich (Korenchan), Jim and Helen Norris (Greek); and his uncles, Terry McCoy, Sr. and Frank Kerzich.
He is survived by: his parents, James William Norris and Frances Ann Norris (Kerzich); his daughter Emma Anne Norris (James); the mother of his child Jennifer Anne Thornburg; and his sister Catherine. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
