He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Covington and Earl J Covington; and his brothers, Ken Covington and Bruce Covington. He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his daughters, Sherri McGee (Charlie) of Belmont, NC, Colleen Covington (Mike) of Cramerton, NC and Jen Dorr (Adam) of Gurnee, IL; and his siblings, Chris Covington (Linnea) of Everett, WA, Bill Covington (Connie) of Queen Valley, AZ, Betty Covington of Queen Valley, AZ and Carol Simon (Matt) of Venice, FL. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Joyful Spirit Church and the American Stroke Association.
