He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Falconer and Viva Leona Falconer (Watson); his sister Marcella Strawser; and his niece Teresa Branch. He is survived by: his wife Sheila K. Haynes; his sister Nadine LeClaire of Danville, IL; his nephews, Scott, Kevin Strawser, Tim and Brad; and his niece Dawn LeClaire.

Memorial donations may be made in memory of Thelbert to the Danville Rescue Mission, 834 N. Bowman Ave., Danville, IL 61832 or the Eastern Illinois Foodbank, 2405 North Shore Dr., Urbana, IL 61802.
