He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ives and Patty Ives; and his brother Jeff. He is survived by: his wife Judy Ives; his children, Tracey (Doug), Paul (Teresa) and Timothy; and his brothers, Steven (Susan) and Michael (Mary Anne). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
