She is survived by: her husband Thomas Jacobs; her children, Maureen and Sandy Smith (Tod Fish); her stepchildren, Kathy King (Bob), Stephanie Jacobs and Chris Jacobs; her grandchildren, Brian Smith, Shannon Champlain (Joshua), Cassandra Smith (Ryan Balch) and Ashley Cetnar Fond (John); her great grandchildren, Jasmin, Karina, David Smith, Laira, Eli, Ella Champlain, Ryder Thomas and Raelynn Cetnar; and her siblings, Gert, Ray Suheski St (Helen), Sue and Nance (Joe). She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren and her great grandchildren.
