Deborah Foster Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2022, at the age of 70, Deborah Foster of Roscoe, Illinois, born in Trumann, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Jo Overturf (Overturf) and Travis Austin Owens; and her aunts, Joyce Frazier, Genelle Brummett and Vernice Short.

She is survived by: her husband Melvin Foster; her daughter Donna Moore (Brian); her stepson Mark Foster; her brother Brian Owens; and her grandchildren, Travis Gaut (Shannon), Keit Volose, Kyle Gaut (Midori), Tyler Gaut (Drea), Stephany Rinaldi, Shayne Rinaldi, Troy Morrison, April Owens, Krystal Owens, Jamie Joiner (Trenton), Tiffany Taylor and Douglas Taylor Jr..

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent/given to the family to assist with final expenses.
