He is survived by: his wife Shirley Blackstone; his children, Christine Sisco, Brad Tolliver (Daneen) and Kym Tolliver; his grandchildren, Sarah, Grace, Ashley Marie, Holly Anne, Christopher, Draia, Kristin Miller (Zach), Emmy Caputo (Dominic), Erin Tolliver, Amy Landers (Aaron) and Nicholas Tolliver; his great grandchildren, Angelo, Adriana, Cruz, Benjamin, Sutton Mae, Emerson, Paytra, Payton, Riley and Parker; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and his buddy, his dog.
Memorials may be made to the family for bench to be placed at The Ledges Golf Course.
