He is survived by: his wife Diane Nelson; and his children, Chuck Piper, Jr. (Debbie) of Homer, AK, Scott Piper (Rita) of Wauwatosa, WI, Todd Piper of Roscoe and Jan Piper-Trausch (Rich) of Woodbridge, VA..
