He was predeceased by: his grandmother Inez Rollette. He is survived by: his parents, Connie Smith and Dave Rollette; his siblings, Dylan Carlson, Madison Smith and Reagan Smith; his grandparents, Ute "Sami" Smith and James Rollette; and his nephew Jax Carlson. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
