He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Reitsch and Marion Armstrong Reitsch; his wife Jaci Grear of Pinckneyville, Illinois.; his sister Jeanne; his brother-in-law John Floberg; his stepgrandson Justin Corbridge; and his grandmother Mame Reitsch.

He is survived by: his children, Debbi Mitchell (Tom), Bob Reitsch (Tawny), Karin Frantz (Tom) and Steve Reitsch (Julie); his grandchildren, Christi Trester (Collin), Rachel Reitsch-Bamman (Rick), Bobby Reitsch, Nick Frantz (Lacey), Sarah Frantz, Austin Reitsch (Hayley), Kolton Reitsch (Holly) and Brianna Browning (Aubrey); his great grandchildren, Charlotte Trester, Layla Frantz and Addison Frantz; his stepchildren, Kelly Corbridge (Gina), Scott Corbridge (Karen), Brady Corbridge (Holly) and Tracey Corbridge; his stepgrandchildren, Adam Corbridge, Lauren Corbridge, Morgan Corbridge, Reagan Corbridge, Julia Corbridge and Madison Holland (Kevin); and his stepgreat-grandchild Declan Holland.
