He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Cunningham and Florence Cunningham; his sister Ann Burns; and his brother-in-law John Burns. He is survived by: his daughter Mary Cunningham (Winston Roe) of Chicago; and his siblings, Mary Kessler of Roscoe, IL, Kathleen Sammons (Barry) of Milwaukee, WI and Tim Cunningham (Patricia) of Los Angeles, CA..
