She was predeceased by: her parents, Miles Bartley and Florence Bartley (Neff); her husband Ken; her daughter Suzanne; her siblings, Rebecca, Clara Belle, Ruth, Phillip, Carl and Donn; and her great grandchild Dakota.
She is survived by: her children, Kim (Mike Scholzel) and Douglas; her siblings, Rose, Dorothy, Vera and Doyle Bartley of Howard; her grandchildren, Greg, Matt Scholzel and Ashton Morehead; and her great grandchild Opal Morehead. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to OSF Hospice Program and their dedicated, professional staff who cared for Martha.
