With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce A. Sargent of Rockford, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 24, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ann Poggioli and Eito Poggioli; and her brother Randall. She is survived by: her husband Norbert "Sarge"; her children, Cathy Park (Richard), Susan Accardi (Joe) and David Sargent (Virginia); her grandchildren, Matt, Kris, Nick, Sarah and Paul; and her great grandchildren, Riley and Kylo.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the United Services Organization (USO) or Wounded Warriors.
