She was predeceased by: her parents, Desire DeBaere and Mary DeBaere (VanDen Driessche); her husband Mario Agostini; her grandson Donald Junior Maple; and her siblings, Julian Debaere, Jeanette Osborne, Jerry DeBaere, Jack Debaere, Janice Thornton, James DeBaere, John DeBaere and Jeffery Debaere.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Agostini (Ann), Michael Agostini (Tracey), Mary Agostini (Jamie Wietecki) and Mathew Agostini (Chris); and her grandchildren, Gina Agostini-Walesch (Erika), Anthony Agostini (Hang), Sarah Hamblin, Rebecca Afzal (Shams), Daniel Plath (Randi), Rich Bialy, Chris Wietecki (Brittany), Heather Wietecki and Dominic Agostini. She is also survived by great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Bridget Catholic Church.
