She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lindblade and Edna Lindblade; and her husband Carl Roger Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Cyndy Fiala (Bob) of Carmel and Charlie Johnson (Kim) of Lone Tree; her grandsons, Brooks Fiala (Alyssa) and Kyle Fiala; her great grandchildren, Callie Rose Fiala and Sadie Grace Fiala; and her brothers, Jim Lindblade (Kay) and Bruce Lindblade (Dorothy).
