He is survived by: his sons, Ronald Fort, Lonnie Fort and Quanie Leach; and his siblings, Sonya Marshall, Gail Fort, Kathy Safford, Pearlene Purifoy (Clyde), Lue Ozzie Curtis, Cal Fort (Jackie), Stanley Fort (Karen) and Freddie Blake. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
