He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Crull and Florence Crull; his in-laws, Wendell and Thelma Smith; his son-in-law Shannon McCue; and his nephews, James Bliss and David Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Karen L. Smith; his children, Kari McCue and Jeff (Amy); his grandchildren, Nina, Gwen and Garrett Crull; his siblings, Kathy Anderson, Gordon (Autumn), Brad (Kerry) and Brian (Sue); his brother-in-law Jim Smith (Sharon); and his aunt Ellen Anderson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
