He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Fell and Florence Fell (Lease); and his brother James. He is survived by: his former wife Judith Cook; his wife Judy of Rock Falls; his daughters, Jamie Fell of Rock Falls and Kristianna Fell of Rock Falls; his sisters-in-law, Nelda Fell of Davenport, Fla. and Sandy Fell of Cape Coral, Fla.; his adoptive son Devin M. Bunnell; and his grandchildren, Kiara Scott, Kate Scott, Kyliee Nier and Jaya Nier. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
