It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Worthington of Rock Falls, Illinois, born in Sterling, Illinois, who passed away on September 19, 2022, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Worthington and Agnes Worthington (Aldrich). He is survived by: his sister Alice Miller (Kevin) of Rock Falls; and his nephew Lawrence "Larry" Miller. He is also survived by his uncles, aunts and cousins.

Memorials may be made in his memory to the Rock Falls High School Boosters.
