With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Manuela Young of Rock Falls, Illinois, born in Weslaco, Texas, who passed away on August 27, 2020 at the age of 79. She was predeceased by: her parents, Esteban Cantu and Apollonia Cantu (Sandoval). She is survived by: her husband Steve Young of Rock Falls; and her children, Priscilla Russell (Sonny) of Rock Falls, Norma Vasquez, Jodi Eastabrooks (Mark) of Morrison, Lorenzo Vasquez (Pat), Rick Vasquez of Rock Falls and Mike Young (Lori) of Freeport. She is also survived by nine sisters; three brothers; 21 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
Masks will be required along with social distancing in effect for a public visitation held on Monday, August 31, 2020 from 10:00-11:00am at McDonald Funeral Home, 1002 12th Ave, Rock Falls, IL.
