With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Caroline L. McCune of Rock Falls, Illinois, born in Chilhowie, Virginia, who passed away on September 26, 2020 at the age of 76. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Dean and Anna Louise Dean (Dowell). She is survived by: her husband Lauren McCune; her children, Laura Hoyle (Ed) of Rock Falls and Daniel McCune of Rock Falls; and her sister Mary Jane Dirks (Richard) of Rock Falls. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Masks and social distancing will be enforced for a visitation on Thursday, October 1, 2020 from 9:30 – 11:00 A. M. at Bethel Reformed Church in Sterling.
