He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold J. Korth and Marie V. Korth (Wichman); his sister Val Jean; his brothers-in-law, Thomas Emerling and Burl Rainwater; and his granddaughter Lizzie Marie Horner.
He is survived by: his wife Mary McCaslin of Rochelle; his daughters, Hillary Johnson (Jared) of Rochelle, Tabbitha Kramer (Kurtis) of Eldridge, IA, Chrystina Horner (Derek) of Rochelle and Maurissa Fournier (Dillon) of Charleston, SC; his siblings, Marlene Prestegaard (Alan) of Lee, IL, Jeannine Korth of Knoxville, TN, Ilene Rainwater of Townsend, TN and LaRene Anderson (Steve) of Sugar Grove, IL; and his grandchildren, Corinne Simms, Nathaniel, Wesley, Alexander Kramer, Joah, Afton and Kort Horner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Ron's memory to Rochelle American Legion or the Experimental Aircraft Association, EAA.
