With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Darleen Best (Rochelle, Illinois), who passed away on August 23, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Sitzes and Rosa Lena Sitzes (Thompson); her husband Buck; her children, Dusty Barnett and Karen Barnett; and her brothers, James "Winkie" and Eugene (Sharon Sitzes).
She is survived by: her children, Chuck Barnett of Rochelle, Julie Mendyk (Terrence) of Plover, WI, Melinda Barnett, Nancy Russell (Joel) of Rochelle and Valesia Best (Jason Bunger) of Cortland, IL; her siblings, Douglas Sitzes of Blodgett, MO, Dwayne Sitzes of Sikeston, MO and Charlotte "Roena" Greer of Urbana, MO; and her grandchildren, Christina, Robert Grimm, Jessica Locke, Gwendolyn Robles, Charles "Mitch" Barnett, Wyatt Chagin, Lindsey Hayes Bunger, Nolan Bunger, Travis and Zachary Russell. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
