She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbern Milligan and Nell Milligan (Lukancic); her sister Keely Sue Simmons; and her grandson Donald Allen Lee Summers. She is survived by: her daughter Katie Daugherty of Mt. Morris, IL; and her siblings, Brett Milligan (Tammy) of Rochelle, IL, Bartt Milligan of Rochelle, IL, Tracy Brooks of Sycamore, IL and Vicki Milligan of Des Moines, IA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to help with the cost of her service.
