He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert L. Atchley and Arlie M. Atchley (Ragan); his wife Lillian Rose Leigh; and his siblings, Joseph Atchley, Fanny Hollingsworth-Cates, Ethel Birmingham, Dixie Phillips and Mary Reeves.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Baker of Rochelle, Lisa Chidley (Kevin) of Rochelle, Judy Piecha (Dan) of Delavan, WI and Linda Nave of Bristol, TN; his grandchildren, Doug Baker (Megan), Leann DeWitt (Andy), Rachel Huff, Matt Mitchell (Josie), Sara Mitchell (Josh Clark), Andrew Chidley (Danielle), Kendra Egland (Jeff Holden), Brad Egland (Jayme), Shannon Piecha, Justin Nave (Sarah) and Michael Nave; his sister Kay Snipes of Kennett Missouri; and his friend Donna. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Frank's memory to Rochelle VFW or New Hope Fellowship.
