With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Florence May Hay (Rochelle, Illinois), who passed away on May 31, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Donovan and Hattie Donovan (Nelson); her husband Jack; her sons, John Edwin and Mike; and her siblings, Harold "Slim", Eugene, La Verne, Pat, Mike, Jim Donovan, Geraldine and Margaret "Peggy" Eppes.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Hay (Valerie) of Longmont, CO, Rose Foster (William) of Stanley, NM and Joanne Storey (William) of Rochelle; her sister Evelyn Welch of Wickenburg, AZ; and her grandchildren, Sean Hay (Joe Markovich), Jim Hay (Cassie), Michael Hay (Stephanie), Jonathan Hay (Kim), Jason Hay (Heather), Daniel Foster, Amanda Peterson (Charles), Joanna Moreno (Steve), Samantha Reed (Paul), Thomas N. Thompson and Michael Thompson (Erica). She is also survived by 25 great grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren.
