She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Isabella "Jean" Grohne (Thomson) and Frederick W. Grohne; her husband Norm Jenkins; her children, Cheryl McNeilly, Kristine McNeilly and Steven Rush; her siblings, Donna Edwards and Kent Grohne; and also Fred. She was also cherished by seven grandsons.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be sent to Flagg-Rochelle Public Library District or the Kishwaukee Foundation.
