He is survived by: his children, Shawn Windsor (Scott) of Rochelle, Rhonda Foltz of Arkansas, Dawn Sage of Rochelle and Rick Sage (Sue) of Kentucky; his grandchildren, Brandon Nalley (Julia), Tyler Nalley, Lindsey Cooper, Chloe Baker, Dustin Tapp, Hunter, Hayden Jones, Amanda Sawlsville, Felicia Sage, David Sage and Ashley Brown; his sisters-in-law, Donna and Judy Foltz; and his close friend Nancy Brown. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews and many friends.
