She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard A. Goodwin and Velma Goodwin (Voke); her spouse Arlington "Lowell" Parrott; her grandparents, Samuel and Lydia Goodwin; her brother Keith Goodwin; and her children, Stephen Lowell Parrott and Kaye Weger.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sabra (Floyd Adams), Karen (Rick Holt), Tammie (Jeff Wellbaum) and Greta (Al Lowry); her son-in-law Tom Weger; her grandchildren, Brooke Mullins, Travis, Erin Adams, Nick, Kristina Weger, Kris Weger, Tanner, Heather Holt, Jed, Brenda Holt, Emily, Fred Roselli, Drew Wellbaum, Allison, Rusty Reinoehl and Alisa Lowry; and her sisters-in-law, Pauline (Tom Bailey) and Phyllis Goodwin. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the "Robinson First United Methodist Church" or to Riley Hospital for Children's "Heart Center Fund".
