He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Arthur Bailey and Galora Jean Bailey (Rush); his son Dusty Bailey; his brother David "Boots" Bailey; and his brother-in-law Larry Colliflower.
He is survived by: his wife Dianna Walton; his children, Michelle D., George Hayes, Curtis, Tyler Bailey, April and Bill Rutan; his grandchildren, Sydni Dianna Bailey, Emma Donn Bailey, Alexa Reeter, Micheal Brandon Bailey, Kristopher Neal Bailey, Mary Francis Weck, Daymian Nicholas Rij, Lydia Moody, Joshua Moody, Laynie Moody, Brantley Bailey, Ashley Trimble, Jonathon Rutan and Kiya Rutan; his great grandchildren, Abby, Kaelynn, Anthony, Waylon, Braxton, Madison and Atticus; his brother Donnie Bill; his sister-in-law Joanie Bailey; his sister Gina Colliflower; and his sister-in-law Nancy Bailey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
