He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Clauss and Opal Clauss-Davis (Rich); his stepfather Kenny Davis; and his son Michael Paul Clauss, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Ivory Christine Watts; and his children, Lori A. Fear (John Johnson) of Robinson, IL and Jeffrey Dean Shryock (Jeri Ann Shryock) of Tennessee. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; as well as two brothers-in-law and one sister-in-law.
In honor of his love of animals, memorials may be made to the "Crawford County Humane Society", with envelopes available at the cemetery.
