He was predeceased by: his father Richard Dean "Dick"; his son Richard Thomas Badger; his sister Carol Ann (Badger); his brother-in-law Gary A. Dunlap; his grandparents, William and Mary White (York); his aunt Helen Louise Badger; and his grandparents, Frank and Gladys Badger.
He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth A. "Liz" Badger (White) of Robinson, IL; his sons, Eric (Nicole Badger), Ricky Shelton, Matthew Hetzler and Lucas Wayne Davids Badger; his sister Mary Louise (Badger); his brother-in-law Conny Wright of Robinson, IL.; and his grandchildren, Carson Tracy, Cole Wilson, Taylor Heard, Ivy Badger and Maura Davis Shelton. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, uncles and cousins and many close friends.
Face coverings are encouraged as well as social distancing where possible.
