He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Chillingworth and Eleanor L. Chillingworth (Harrison). He is survived by: his son Brad Chillingworth (KayCee McDaniel) of Robinson, IL; his great grandchildren, Jennifer, Derek and Breanna; and his pet Chloe.
Thusly, social distancing measures will be in place, and it will be required that all visitors wear face coverings while in the building.
In honor of his love of animals, memorials may be made to the "Crawford County Humane Society", and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
