He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Hayes and Deloris Hayes (Stewart); his siblings, Lyle Jr., Marie of Ruth, C. R., Elva D., Roger D. and L. Mike; and his parents-in-law, Charles W. and Edytha Roberts.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Roberts; his children, Bill Hayes and Trish Earleywine; his grandchildren, Jordan Earleywine, Jeremy Jackson, Israel, Brianna Earleywine, Garrett, Sydney Hayes, Colton Hayes, Emily Knecht and Keller Hayes; his great grandchildren, Violet, Benny, Ava, Jaliyah and Jeremiah; and also, Linda Cafin, Darlene, Steve Woosley, Rick and Candy Hayes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Crawford County Christian Center "4Cs", with envelopes available at the funeral home.
