He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Singleton and Mabel Singleton (Tway); his parents-in-law, Floyd and Frances Allen; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce, Ron Adams and Ron Downen.
He is survived by: his spouse Floy "Beth" Allen; his children, Alan Singleton of Mahomet, IL and Kendra; his son-in-law Paul Jones of Robinson, IL; his grandchildren, Stephen Jones, Benjamin Jones, Eli Jones, Heather Singleton, Jacob Singleton, Anna Jones and Melissa Singleton; his sisters, Ellen (Tom Vandiver) and Judy Downen; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Anderson, Don and Dinah Allen.
In lieu of flowers, Dale's family requests donations be made to the "VFW Transportation Fund.".
