He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Clark and Florence A. Clark (Rush); and his siblings, Lyle Clark, John Clark, Katherine Hughes, Wilma Flinn and Juanita Souders.

He is survived by: his wife Janet K. Clark (Ewing) of Robinson, IL; his children, Brian Clark of Tonganoxie, KS and Sheri Drake of Olathe, KS; his stepson Tracy Wilson of Frisco, TX; and his grandchildren, Shelbi Drake, Nash Drake, Jack Wilson (Katy Wilson) and Sharon Fortune.

Donations in Memory of Charley may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Crawford County Humane Society with envelopes available at the Church or Funeral home.
