It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Allen E. Summers of Robinson, Illinois, born in Olney, Illinois, who passed away on April 28, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Eugene and Lola B. Summers (Kistner); and his sister Marjorie Schermack. He is survived by: his wife Joan Summers of Robinson, IL; his son Monty; his daughter-in-law Cindy Summers of Oak Park, IL; his daughter Anne; his son-in-law Shawn Bachellor of Bay Cliff, TX; his grandchildren, Lydia, Charles and Claire; his sister Joyce; and his brother-in-law Melvin Stenkelwicz of Olney, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the Robinson Township Library General Fund with envelopes available at the funeral home.
