He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bill, Marian Foster, John and Betty Kramer; his uncle Merlin Foster; and his father-in-law William "Deet" Hanna.

He is survived by: his parents, Roger Kramer and Mary Kramer (Foster); his friend Princeton; his wife Becky Kramer (Hanna); his son Michael Kramer; his siblings, Mindy and Kenneth Kramer (Tricia Pinter); his nephews, Samuel and Henry; his mother-in-law Lorraine Hanna; his siblings-in-law, Lynette Hanna and Gary Hanna (Rita); and his pets, Baxter, Skeeter and Reigo. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests to please direct memorials to Michael's college fund.
