He was predeceased by: his sister Barbara Donath; and his parents, Thomas Sr. Murtagh and Gertrude Murtagh. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Murtagh; his children, Valerie Altman (Matt) and Thomas Murtagh; his grandchildren, Matthew and Ava Altman; and his sister Joann Lackey (Gene).
