We are sad to announce that on May 24, 2021, at the age of 85, Walter F. Schultz of Poplar Grove, Illinois, born in Rockford, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Walter F. Schultz to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Schultz and Maline Schultz (Gehrig). He is survived by: his parent-in-law Lynn Rutz; his wife Lynn; his children, Michael Schultz (Lori), Mary Walsh (Brendan), Kathy Otis (Kevin), David Schultz (Amie) and Scott Schultz (Erin); his sister Doris Herlugson; and his grandchildren, Nicole Walsh, Lyndsey Hodapp (Schultz), Nicholas Schultz, Katie Walsh, Benjamin Schultz, Kylie Schultz, Haley Otis, Drake Schultz, Reed Otis, Allie Schultz, Brynn Schultz and Heath Schultz.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Walter's honor may be made to the Rockford Rescue Mission, Belvidere Habitat for Humanity, the Salvation Army or St. James Catholic Church.
