He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Daniel and Shirley Simons (Rose). He is survived by: his wife Penny Jo Simons (Harwell); his children, John Sullivan, Patric Sullivan and Wendi Fisher (John Rieffer); his grandchildren, Electra Fite (RJ), Sandra Fisher, Joel Peterson and John; his great grandchildren, Aiden, Audrey and Hannah; his siblings, Cindi Budd (late John), Tim Simons (Leeanne), Mike Simons (Stacey) and Mary Caravalho (Kevin); and his pet Moe. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews; many dear friends.
